Feedback & Accolades
Kavita, You did a brilliant job Saturday! You entertained and
pleased some of Kitchen Window's most famous critics. It's hard to please both Anna and
Mavis. They have been on our VIP list for years, and are very vocal when they don't like a
class. Anna is a great cook and doesn't hold back criticism when she feels that she's
being short-changed. Mavis is the ultimate student, and doesn't like not learning. They
both loved this class.
The group of 4, in the back row, who had been to India , were even more impressed with the
opportunity to share a highly valued, and tangible connection with their past experiences.
The young woman and her mother, sitting front and central, were won over by your food,
your stories, and your husband's charm and wit.
Let's do this again, Carl (Kitchen Window)

Kavita, I wanted to follow up and send a quick note to say how much
my husband David and I enjoyed your class yesterday. It was so comfortable in your store.
You yourself--along with the help of your charming husband--put everyone at ease. It was
such an enjoyable time. Now we look forward to making some of the recipes and cooking with
the other items we purchased from you.
Please note that I would be very interested in taking future classes from you. I will
check out your website for classes and future shopping. In turn, if you send out class
announcements, please add me to your list: email. I look forward to seeing you again in
the future.
Regards, Janet Zens

Dear Kavita, Our Red Hat group (Ruby Red Foxes of the Twin Cities)
thoroughly enjoyed the educational luncheon you prepared for us at your company in Osseo.
Even though we are not normally vegetarians, we found the wonderful new (for most of us!)
flavors in your healthy "thali" luncheon to be very tasty and filling. The 3
chutneys for the yogurt were especially interesting... Your method of cooking, starting
with the ghee and then adding the spices and herbs prior to the main food being cooked,
was certainly a different approach than we have been using, but makes alot of sense! You
were very clear in your demonstration and explanations, and we appre-ciated your
willingness to answer our many questions. It was also a special treat for us to have you
demonstrate how to pleat, tuck and wear a traditional sari, adding to the
"educational" part of what you can offer!
As you knew, we had prefaced our luncheon with a guided tour of the Hindu Temple recently
built in Maple Grove (the largest in the USA !). That was a fascinating introduction to
what turned out to be a wonderful day of East Indian religion, culture and cuisine.
Thanks again for YOUR part in making it a hugely successful and FUN day! Yours in fun and
friendship, Queen Mum, Eileen Ronning, Ruby Red Foxes of the Twin Cities
